Show the model actually used by the running session on the profile screen, and fix the health screen metric boxes.

  • Server: /api/device profiles gain active_model (model of the latest streaming session). Bumped to 0.1.2.
  • Firmware: profile screen shows active_model while running, else the configured model.
  • Health screen: STREAMS/RUNS values no longer overflow their boxes.

After merge, tag server-v0.1.2 and replace the binary on the host.
